Nitrogen is often used for gas replacement of gas and biogas, but the cost of nitrogen gas replacement is high and the replacement speed is also slow. Therefore, some manufacturers choose to use air replacement, which not only has low cost but also fast replacement speed. However, when using air replacement, the following points should be noted:
（1）氣柜的放氣閥應控制放氣速度，放氣速度太快，氣體易和鋼板摩擦發生火花，構成嚴重后果。

(3) When selecting an appropriate blower, the main consideration is the air pressure and air volume inside the blower. Therefore, the model of the blower should be determined based on the balance pressure and volume of the gas holder.
(4) Gas replacement in the gas cabinet should first open the valves around the bell cover, replace the biogas, and then open the valves in the middle of the bell cover to replace the middle gas, in order to ensure that there are no dead corners in the gas cabinet.
