During normal operation, the remaining oxygen content in the outlet gas is 1.5-2.0%. If the oxygen content in biogas exceeds 1.75%, the fan speed will decrease. If it reaches 2.5%, the fan will stop. This value can be set.

If the methane level exceeds 25% of the minimum explosion limit (LEL), the gas monitor will automatically cut off the power supply and turn on the explosion-proof fan to prevent explosion risk.
To ensure the good activity of bacteria, heat exchangers and temperature monitors are used to regulate and control the system temperature. The pH meter is used to control the addition of nutrient solution. For example, if the pH value is lower than the set value, fresh nutrient solution and dilution water will be automatically added to the desulfurization tower. At the same time, the waste liquid is automatically discharged and the liquid level reaches equilibrium.
