The absorption tower is a countercurrent spray empty tower structure that integrates absorption and oxidation functions. The upper part is an absorption zone, and the lower part is an oxidation zone. The flue gas after dust removal is in reverse contact with the circulating slurry in the absorption tower.
The system is generally equipped with 3-5 slurry circulating pumps, each of which corresponds to a layer of atomization spray layer. When only one unit is operating or the load is low, 1-2 layers of spray layers can be shut down, while the system still maintains a high liquid gas ratio to achieve the desired desulfurization effect. A two-stage mist eliminator is installed at the upper part of the absorption zone, and the free water content in the flue gas at the outlet of the mist eliminator does not exceed 75mg/Nm3\
