1：設備啟動前在控制柜觸屏上要確定與之相對應的設備按鍵。

2；循環水泵開啟后，應觀察水泵是否上水，壓力表正常穩定。

3：各設備啟動后，注意機器聲音、電流、振動情況、溫度、螺絲是否松動。

4：每天按時用手持式檢測儀測生物脫硫后H2S三--四次。

5：營養鹽計量泵，氫氧化鈉潛污泵24小時應有正常工作水位，兩桶加水時不要讓液體溢出桶外。

1：每天將系統內冷凝水排水閥放空。

2：嚴格執行交接班制度，并做好設備安全運行記錄、各項指標參數記錄。

3：定期對設備除塵，潤滑，防銹（一個月一次），保持環境干潔。

4：每天往洗氣水箱注水15分鐘，達到臟水置換作用，一個月整體換一次水。
