設備啟動前在控制柜觸屏上要確定與之相對應的設備按鍵。

每天按時用手持式檢測儀測生物脫硫后H2S三--四次。

營養鹽計量泵，氫氧化鈉潛污泵24小時應有正常工作水位，兩桶加水時不要讓液體溢出桶外。
The nutrient metering pump and sodium hydroxide submersible sewage pump should have a normal working water level within 24 hours, and do not allow the liquid to overflow when adding water to two buckets.
The water temperature of the aeration tank is controlled at 32 ℃ - 35 ℃, the PH value of alkali desulfurization is controlled at 8-8.5, and the oxidation reduction potential is between - 320 and 260mv.

每天將系統內冷凝水排水閥放空。
Empty the condensate drain valve in the system every day.
嚴格執行交接班制度，并做好設備安全運行記錄、各項指標參數記錄。

定期對設備除塵，潤滑，防銹（一個月一次），保持環境干潔。
Regularly dust, lubricate, and rust the equipment (once a month) to maintain a dry and clean environment.
每天往洗氣水箱注水15分鐘，達到臟水置換作用，一個月整體換一次水.
Fill the gas washing water tank with water for 15 minutes every day to achieve the effect of replacing dirty water. Change the water as a whole once a month
