濕法脫硫體系中需留意的問題!

一、脫硫塔

1、 Desulfurization tower
脫硫塔結構型式較多,現在大多廠家以填料塔主,填料塔以散裝填料為多。散裝填料塔以結構簡略、氣液流轉面積大、阻力小、操作彈性大和運轉安穩等特色優于其他板式塔。近年來開發了不少比外表積大、空隙率高、價廉物優的填料,使填料塔發揮出更大優勢。

脫硫塔的噴淋密度大于35 m3/(m2·h),液氣比大于15L/M3。噴淋密度過小,脫硫塔內簡單構成干區,形成脫硫功率低,直接危害是脫硫塔硫堵,實踐出產中禁止脫硫循環液隨體系負荷的改動而調理,一般應控制在很多。另一方面,脫硫塔填料底部現在許多企業選用駝峰支撐板,其通孔率雖大于100%,但由于在谷底部分不開孔,簡單形成硫堆積,特別是在運用高硫煤時,煤氣入塔進口上方一米處,易形成硫堵。為了削減脫硫塔發生硫堵或鹽堵,散裝填料底部支撐規劃時根本都不選用駝峰支撐板,改用一般格柵板,這一點在許多工廠的出產中都得到了印證。

為了更有利于硫泡沫的浮選,再生槽一般設置有2塊散布板,散布板的作用是將脫硫液中氣泡進行從頭散布,使之彌散成很多的小氣泡在上升過程中散布均勻而且能使欲浮選的硫顆粒附著在氣泡外表,一方面加大氣液觸摸面積,另一方面安穩再生槽脫硫液液面,以利硫泡沫的有用浮選。基層散布板一般距槽底2米,上層散布板距脫硫液面1~1.5米,散布板上孔徑一般設置為φ15~20mm,孔間隔為20mm左右,且多以三角形擺放規劃。為了削減硫泡沫的堆積,削減單質硫對再生槽本體的腐蝕,噴發器尾管距再生槽底部的間隔為600~800mm。

對濕法脫硫體系的設備,為削減脫硫液對設備的腐蝕,規劃中應考慮選用20#鋼,盡可能不必Q235一般碳鋼。
